Plumbing has been improved and now the stack that was in the middle of the kitchen (and the basement laundry room) is now revamped and out of the way. Kitchen and bath pipes are peeking through the floor and all is vented, thanks to Derrick the plumber.
Windows! If you've been following this you might remember that a few of the old windows were removed a couple of weeks ago. Well, last week the last remaining window was taken out, new windows arrived on site, and Adam and Mike finished installing them yesterday. You'll also notice in the pictures we have a new back door! Albeit a standin until the actual door arrives, it gives us an idea of how nice it will be to get to the patio from the kitchen.
This week an electrical walk through (nothing shocking turned up), and a meeting tomorrow with the cabinet maker on refining and specifying cabinet designs.
