Two coats of sealer. While the new floor looks terrific, the same could not be said of the smell. It was bad, really bad, but fortunately only lasted a few days. (Now you understand while there was a fan in the window in the last post.)
Erica found out the hard way that it is not a good idea to wash and dry your clothes in a basement laundry located directly below the kitchen floor while the sealer is drying. Nothing that another laundering cannot fix!
